Hello, I’m Jane, and welcome to Simply Strong Life! I’m a registered nurse with a Master’s in Nursing Leadership, a certified personal trainer, and a certified nutrition coach. My journey toward health and wellness started like many others—with a desire for real, lasting change. Through small, sustainable steps, I was able to lose 75 pounds and gain strength and confidence, both physically and mentally.
