Hello, I’m Jane, and welcome to Simply Strong Life! I’m a registered nurse with a Master’s in Nursing Leadership, a certified personal trainer, and a certified nutrition coach. My journey toward health and wellness started like many others—with a desire for real, lasting change. Through small, sustainable steps, I was able to lose 75 pounds and gain strength and confidence, both physically and mentally.

Simply Strong Life was created to share what I’ve learned and to empower others to build balanced, healthy lives through simple, achievable habits. My approach is all about finding what works for you and creating wellness that fits seamlessly into your daily life.
